Returns
We offer exchanges or returns if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage. To maintain the quality and safety of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that remain unopened and unused.
Eligibility for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
*Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Refunds
* Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank.
